RESTORATION AND COMPLETION PHASE

1. The Project Manager will contact you to coordinate consistent access to the property during regular business hours. For those people who work away from the home, a lock box can be provided.
2. A project schedule will be created.
3. There may be a different and specialized technician assigned to each task. Many technicians will contact you directly during the restoration phase depending on what they are responsible for.

Your availability and involvement are key to a prompt completion and your overall satisfaction. Inevitably, questions and circumstances arise that will require your input. The more quickly you respond, the sooner we are able to finish the project.

Once the work is completed, we will require the following:

• a signed job completion form
• full payment
