ESTIMATION & AUTHORIZATION

1. Our assignment Coordinators will make an appointment with you for one of our estimators to inspect the property.
2. The estimate is written. This estimate is an accurate and fair estimate to restore your home to its pre-loss condition.
3. The completed estimate is sent to your insurance adjuster for approval.
4. Please contact your insurance adjuster directly for any questions or concerns about the coverage of your policy.
5. Once approved, a copy of our estimate can be sent to you.
6. The estimator will provide you with an applicable work authorization.
   

Before ESN Restoration Services can schedule work of any kind, the following three items must be completed:

• A signed work authorization
• Payment of your deductible and/or deposits
• A signed material selection order with confirmed product availability (this is critical and causes the most time delays)
