ESN Salvage Program
What is a “salvage” or “total loss” item?
Those items which cannot be restored to pre-loss condition.
Who determines if an item is a “total loss”?
Insurance Adjuster.
How does the ESN Salvage Program work?
When an item is identified as a “Total Loss” by an adjuster, ESN will be contacted to establish that there is a salvage value. If there is a salvage value determined, ESN will then remove the item from the subject property. The item will be restored to the best possible condition, processed and sold by our salvage team “as-is” using several sales outlets.
Proceeds from the salvage items will be split with the carrier less the processing and labor costs. This program will be conducted at no charge to our clients (insurance companies).
